Puppyweeks

Terms of Service

Last updated 15 August 2026

Puppyweeks is a puppy journal with an AI helper called Copilot. These terms are the agreement between you and the person who runs it. We've kept them short and in plain English — the point is that you know what to expect, not to bury anything.

What Puppyweeks is

Puppyweeks helps you journal your puppy's days and gives you developmental context for their breed size and age. Copilot, the AI feature, reads your journal back to you and answers questions in context. That's it — a journal and a well-informed helper.

It's not veterinary advice

Puppyweeks is for general guidance and reassurance. It is not veterinary or medical advice, and Copilot is not a vet. Never rely on it for a health decision. If your puppy is unwell, injured, in pain, behaving aggressively, or you're simply worried, contact a vet or a qualified trainer. In an emergency, go to a vet now.

Who can use it

You need to be 18 or older to use Puppyweeks.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your login secure, and know that you're responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know if you think someone else has access to it.

Your journal and content

Your journal entries, chats, and puppy profile are yours. By using Puppyweeks you give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you — for example, sending the relevant parts to our AI provider so Copilot can answer. We don't sell your content and we don't use it to advertise to you.

If you're on Puppyweeks Pro and invite other caregivers to a puppy, its profile and journal are shared with everyone on that puppy — anyone you invite can read entries written by anyone else. Copilot chats stay private to whoever wrote them. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Fair use

Please don't use Puppyweeks to:

We may suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions and payments

The puppy profile, milestone content, and journal are free. Puppyweeks Pro adds Copilot and the ability to invite other caregivers to co-journal the same puppy.

A note on the AI

Copilot can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it can misread your notes. Treat it as a helpful starting point, not a source of truth — and never as a substitute for a vet or trainer.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features, and occasionally the whole service. We'll try to give notice of anything significant.

Ending your access

You can stop using Puppyweeks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

No warranties, and our liability

Puppyweeks is provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make about your puppy's care — those stay with you and your vet. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Puppyweeks means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes fall to the Danish courts.
